Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Telebey, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Telebey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Telebey.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

3. Account Security & Identity

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Phone number registration requires OTP verification to confirm ownership.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• Report any unauthorized account access to us immediately.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Share illegal content including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content promoting violence, or copyrighted material without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use Telebey for phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.
• Create fake accounts or bots without permission.
• Use another person's verified phone number or email without their consent.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and share on Telebey.
• By sending messages, you grant Telebey a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for providing the Service.
• We do not claim ownership of your messages or media.

6. Privacy

Your use of Telebey is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service.
• Engage in abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Use false identity information.
• Are found to be under 13 years of age.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Telebey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for loss of messages due to technical failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telebey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
